Wow, it’s already June! We’re already halfway through the year. So, let’s talk about the last five months. Have you been conquering your goals? I want to be very transparent with you all…. I HAVE FAILED! Yes, I said it. I feel like I have failed myself because I have not hit any of my goals and to be more honest, I have started a lot of them and then laid them aside to collect dust! I’ve noticed that when life gets to life-ing my goals aren’t the focal point anymore! How many of you can relate?
Well, I have come to realize that life is not going to stop or slow down for me to accomplish anything! In fact, it seems as though when I started to work towards my goals that’s when all the problems start! Did you know that’s actually common and a part of the process? Opposition is supposed to come your way when you are doing something good in life. I learned this from my mentor! I had no idea! It is called the universal law of polarity. Polarity states that everything has an opposite and for the universe to exist everything must have an opposite. When I discovered this new information, I realized that I must learn to push forward no matter what! I feel like this is a lesson I should have learned in my twenties or thirties, but here I am learning it in my forties. My sister always tells me it’s better to learn it late than never!
So, this blog is for anyone that feels as though they’re behind, they’re too old, they will never get there, or for those who may have negative thoughts that deter them from accomplishing their dreams. DON’T BELIEVE ANY OF THOSE LIES! You are right where you need to be! Let’s capitalize off of our mistakes and allow them to help us pivot to where we need to be. I would like for you all to join me and set some new goals to finish out this year strong.
I want you to sit down and really think about what you would love to achieve by the end of the year. Go back and read the blog post ARE YOU REALLY READY? LET’S GO! this will help. Then bring it to God in prayer. I am a woman who loves and honors God, without Him guiding me there is no way I can achieve anything. My blog is focused on the Word of God. So, you will hear me talk about Jesus a lot, and it’s something that I will not hide. If you are not a believer, you are still welcome here! I love everyone. As we go through life, we should be striving to fulfill our God given purpose. I’m over the idea of just existing, and I pray you feel the same way as well! It’s time to live and enjoy life doing the things that we were created to do! God has given each one of us a unique gift and talent, and now is the time to use it. WE ONLY FAIL WHEN WE GIVE UP AND NEVER TRY AGAIN! LET’S AGREE TO PICK OURSELVES UP AND START AGAIN!
